Music has been a part of my life since the very beginning. That's probably why I love photographing the art of making music and the people who create it.
Capturing musicians in performance has really turned into a niche for me. Being a musician myself, I feel that I can trully capture the essence of a performer as they practice their craft. I ride the wave of sound and find that moment of pure expression.
I've also been fortunate enough to work with some of the local bands in the Blue Water area. Setting up group shots for promotional materials and capturing the excitement on stage has been a lot of fun for me. Please visit my music galleries for samples.

An assignment I've had the pleasure of having is the staff photographer of the International Symphony Orchestra of Port Huron, MI and Sarnia, ON Canada. I donate my time to this fine organization, documenting each performance and the talented guest artists. And on the rare occasion, I even dust off my horn and sit in for a few numbers.
