I saw these two Coast Guard boats darting around in the river, so I thought I would hang out and see what was up. The little pontoon boat was zipping around like a bandit and then suddenly stopped. Then, these two just started drifting down the river. Don't know if they killed the engine or if they were just practicing something, the larger boat eventually got the pontoon in tow.
